| 摘 要： | 从现阶段我国总承包发展的情况和环境出发,阐述了我国总承包管理存在的主要问题,提出有效解决改善这些问题的管理总原则,并重点说明了工期管理和风险管理的工作重点和应采取的主要措施。从而最终使总承包单位取得最好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of general contract,the major problems in present domestic market are introduced.The management methods and principles to solve such problems are proposed.The key issues for schedule management and risk management are highlighted and major corresponding measures are explained in detail.Application of these measures and principles to project enhances both economic and social benefits of the general contract companies. |
