自流平混凝土灌板工艺研究

本工艺研究旨在模拟实际施工条件,探索自流平混凝土搅拌、灌注工艺及灌注效果评价,包括原材料性能检测、自流平混凝土实验室试配试验。通过灌注及揭板试验,实地检验自流平混凝土的施工性能,确定自流平混凝土的基本施工配合比以及底座板台座浇筑、机具加工准备以及灌板现场模板安装等工艺参数,确保充填层混凝土灌注一次成功。初步探讨了无砟轨道板填充层用自流平混凝土的性能指标和施工工艺参数,包括原材料性能指标、自流平混凝土拌合物性能和施工工艺参数,为自流平混凝土施工积累经验。

Research on Pouring Slabs Process with Self-compacting Concrete

This study was designed to simulate the actual construction process conditions.The mixing,pouring process and pouring evaluation of self-compacting concrete are explored.The tests include performance testing of raw materials,mix proportion for self-compacting concrete.From the test of pouring,the construction performance,the mix proportion of self-compacting concrete,and the pouring of foundation platform,the preparation of equipments and installation of irrigation boards and other parameters are determined to ensure that the pouring of concrete filling layer in one time.The performance indexes and construction process parameters of ballastless track slab filled with self-compacting concrete are discussed,such as performance of raw materials,mixture performance and construction process parameters of self-compacting concrete.It accumulates the construction experiences of self-compacting concrete.
