| 摘 要： | 以建筑市场行为与文明施工监管服务信息化为出发点,研究搭建市场行为与文明施工监控信息化平台。在此基础上,研发武汉市建筑市场行为与文明施工监管服务信息系统。应用表明信息化平台不仅可以弥补传统监管手段不足,提高监控效率,还可支持建筑市场行为与文明施工的区域分析和决策,提高区域整体施工效益。

| Abstract: | A research was performed to establish an information-based supervision platform for the regulation of construction market behavior and achievement of civilized construction management.On the basis of the research,the framework and its corresponding technical supported system for the supervision of construction market behavior and civilized construction in Wuhan city were designed and put into practice.Compared with conventional system which is lack of means of supervision,the efficiency and accuracy are improved by the information-based system.It is also helpful to district analysis and decision making,thus enhance the overall regional construction qualities. |
