PZT智能材料在超高层组合结构性能监测中的应用

摘    要:深圳招商局广场工程大量使用钢管混凝土柱、型钢混凝土柱、钢与混凝土组合梁等组合结构。基于PZT智能材料分别选取4个典型部位进行监测及评估。以首层第2段7m高钢管混凝土柱为例,主要介绍PZT智能材料在组合结构性能监测中的应用,阐述了其监测原理、操作方法、监测方案、实施过程及数据分析。结果证明,检测效果良好。

Abstract:Combining structure of concrete filled steel tube columns,steel reinforced concrete columns and steel and concrete composite beams are widely used in Merchants Plaza project in Shenzhen.The intelligent material of PZT is adopted in 4 typical positions to monitor and evaluate the structure.Taking the second segment concrete filled steel tube columns at the ground floor as example which is 7m in height,the application of PZT in capability monitoring of combining structure is introduced.Moreover,the monitoring principle,operation methods,monitoring schemes,implement process and data analysis are introduced.The results show that the monitoring effect is good.
