大直径碎石桩软土成桩工艺研究

摘    要:采用振冲法和沉管法在低强度软土中施工大直径碎石桩,得到两种工法的施工控制参数,并对碎石桩桩身进行超重型动力触探检测。结果表明,振冲法和沉管法均可在不固结不排水强度小于15kPa的软土中成桩,振冲法施工碎石桩密实度高,均匀性较差,成桩长度不宜大于10m,沉管法施工碎石桩密实度较高,均匀性较好,成桩长度可达14~15m。

Abstract:Based on constructing gravel piles in soft soil,the controlling parameters of vibroflotation piles and sinking pipe piles are obtained.The quality of piles are tested with dynamic penetration tests.The test results show that both the two kind piles can be formed in soft soil with less than 15kPa un-consolidation and undrained strength.Both of the two kinds of gravel plies have high density.The uniformity of vibroflotation gravel piles is poorer than piles constructed with sinking pipe method,and the length of vibroflotation gravel plies should not be longer than 10m.However the length of vibroflotation gravel plies can reach 14~15m.
