高层建筑结构改扩建及加固施工技术

摘    要:根据区域规划建设需要,对29层的上海港运大厦主楼下部结构进行改建、上部结构扩建施工。由于改扩建施工对原结构形式带来变化,对主楼下部主体结构以及地下室进行结构加固,以确保结构安全性与适用性。详细介绍了拆除、改扩建及加固工程施工工艺。实践证明,结构改造效果良好。

Abstract:According to the needs of regional planning and construction,the original main building of Shanghai Port Place Tower which is 29 layers needs to be reconstructed.The main building substructure need to renovate and the superstructure need expansion construction.The original structure is changed by the renovation and expansion,so the main building substructure and basement is reinforced in order to ensure structural safety and suitability.The construction technology of demolition,reconstruction and reinforcement project is introduced.It proves that the reconstructing effect is good.
