内河沉管隧道浮运沉放施工技术

摘    要:天津市滨海新区中央大道海河隧道穿越海河,采用沉管法施工工艺。由于位于内河上施工,其管段浮运和沉放与传统海上或者江河上沉管施工有较大差异。从管段浮运、二次舾装、沉放、初步对接、拉合、基底注浆和回填覆盖等施工工艺上,开辟了一条简单、实际可行的沉管隧道浮运沉放新技术路径。

Abstract:Immersed technology is adopted in Haihe River Tunnel of Central Road in Binhai New Area,Tianjin.Because the tunnel is designed for crossing inland river,so its floating and sinking are very different with normal immersed tunnels.Key construction technology of the immersed tunnel for inland river is introduced to developing a new feasible technical process including tunnel segments floating,secondary outfitting,sinking,initial position,combination,underground grouting and backfilling.
