基于HyperXtrude的车体铝型材挤压模具的优化设计

摘    要:先结合理论和经验进行车体铝型材挤压模具设计,再将建立好的三维模型导入到有限元分析软件HyperXtrude进行模拟挤压。根据分析结果,进行设计方案调整,再模拟直至达到设计方案的优化合理状态,从而达到对模具设计方案在模具制造前进行有效验证的目的。

Abstract:First the extrusion die for producing vehicle used aluminum profile has been designed with theoretical knowledge,and then put the established 3D model into finite element analysis software "Hyper-Xtrude" to simulate the extrusion.According to the analysis of the simulation extrusion to adjust the design scheme,then to simulate the extrusion process until the optimized design scheme being obtained.Thereby to have the excellent die design scheme being validated before the starting of die manufacturing.
