摘    要:分析了1100铝合金电容器外壳薄壁零件的结构特点及加工工艺方案;探讨了影响加工过程中加工变形的工装方式.通过采用有效的装夹减小薄壁零件的加工变形,保证了加工质量,明显地提高生产效率.

Abstract:The structural characteristics and processing program of the thin-wall capacitor case have been analyzed.The work-holding fixture effects on deformation accuracy of work-piece greatly.So the fixture has been researched during work process.The quality of thin-wall work-piece can be ensured from deformation,and the production efficiency can be increased due to using reasonable work-holding fixture.
