摘    要:试验研究了还原剂浓度对1060铝合金表面化学镀Ni-P-SiC的影响,着重探讨不同还原剂浓度对镀速和镀层形貌、成分及耐腐蚀性的影响,并得出还原剂的最佳浓度。结果表明,当还原剂浓度为24 g/L时,镀速最大,镀层均匀、紧凑、细密、耐腐蚀性良好。

Abstract:The effect of reducing agent concentration on Ni-P-SiC chemical coating of aluminum alloy surface has been investigated.The influence of reducing agent concentration on depositing velocity and coating morphology,coating layer composition and corrosion resistance has been analyzed emphatically.The optimal concentration of salt has been found.The analysis results show that the depositing velocity can get to the highest,the coating layer is even,compact and corrosion resistance is excellent while the concentration of reducing agent gets to 24 g/L.
