353铝合金扁铸锭熔铸工艺研究

摘    要:论述了化学成分和铸造工艺参数对353铝合金扁铸锭铸造性能的影响,通过试验,找到该合金扁铸锭合理的化学成分范围和工艺参数,生产出了优质的扁铸锭。铸锭后续加工成汽车换热器翅片材料符合用户的要求。

Abstract:The effect of chemical composition and smelting-casting parameters on mechanical properties of 353 aluminum alloy casts has been investigated.The excellent casts have been prepared by the reasonable chosen of chemical compositions and technology parameters.Therefore the qualified 353 aluminum alloy foil used for air conditioner wing can be produced successfully.
