AZ31B镁合金薄板焊接工艺及接头性能研究

摘    要:采用钨极氩弧焊方法对AZ31B镁合金2 mm厚度薄板的焊接性能进行研究,用拉伸试验机对焊接接头进行拉伸试验和扫描电镜SEM对接头组织结构进行观察分析。试验结果表明,当焊接电流为55 A~60 A,焊接速度为6mm/s,正面氩气流量为13 L/min,背面氩气流量为2 L/min时,得到的焊接接头力学性能优良。在该工艺参数条件下接头的抗拉强度可以达到母材的90%,伸长率大于8%。

Abstract:The tungsten argon-arc welding performances of AZ31B magnesium sheet with thickness of 2 mm have been investigated.The welding joint has been tested by tensile testing machine and then analyzed by scanning electron microscope to observe the microstructure.The analysis results show that the qualified welding joint with excellent mechanical properties can be obtained while the welding current is 55-60 A,welding velocity is 5-6 mm/s,the argon gas flow at the positive surface is 13 L/min and the argon gas flow is 2 L/min at back surface.The tensile strength of the welding joint can reach to 90% of the base sheet and the elongation of the welding joint is 8%.
