5083铝合金扁锭铸造悬挂的原因分析

摘    要:分析了5083铝合金的力学性能和铸造过程的表象;阐明了该合金扁锭在铸造开头阶段冷却过快是产生铸锭悬挂的主要原因;根据其产生原因,可以通过缩短充型时间或提高铸造温度来避免悬挂现象发生。

Abstract:The mechanical property and casting phenomenon of 5083 aluminum alloy have been analyzed.The hanging phenomenon happened at the cast beginning of 5083 aluminum alloy slab due to the over-speed cooling.In order to eliminate the hanging,the melt filling time should be shorten or increase the melt temperature at the cast beginning.
