摘    要:面向等径道角挤压成形应变均匀性和成形力,以3003铝合金为研究对象,采用有限元法分析不同模具外角、内角、内角半径挤压变形的等效应变均匀性和挤压成形力。研究结果表明:外角ψ对等效应变均匀性影响显著,而内角φ主要对挤压成形力影响较大,内角半径r对二者影响不明显。因此采用合理的模具结构参数,既可以提高应变均匀性,又能降低挤压成形力。基于正交试验分析得到了模具结构参数为:ψ=40°,φ=105°,r=1.5 mm,这为研究试样宏观塑性变形与细化晶粒微观组织演变规律、模具结构设计参数提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to get strain homogeneity and deforming force during equal channel angular extrusion,the 3003 aluminum alloy has been used for studying.The homogeneity of equivalent strain and extrusion deforming force during extrusion deformation have been analyzed in different die inner angle,outer angle,and inner angle radius using finite element analysis method.The results show that outer angle ψ has greater effect on the homogeneity of equivalent strain,but channel inner angle φ influence mainly the extrusion deforming force,and the inner angle radius r effect both on the strain homogeneity and deformation force not much.Therefore the strain homogeneity can be increased and the extrusion deformation force can be reduced by using of appropriate die structural parameters.Finally,based on the orthogonal experiment analysis,the suitable die structure parameters are obtained,that are ψ=40°,φ=105°,r=1.5 mm,and which provide the foundation for studying evolution regularity of the macroscopic plastic deformation,refined grain microstructure and structure parameters for die design.
