摘    要:本文运用水提法提取了银杏叶中的黄酮,提取物经酸水解后,用HPLC—UV法进行定量分析,测得黄酮用本法提取的产量为1.78%(W/W)。

Abstract:A method of extraction of flavonoid in Ginkgo biloba L. with water is introduced. The extracted flavonoid was hydrolyzed with HC1, and analyzed by HPLC-UV. The production of flavonoid in Ginkgo biloba L. was 1. 78% (W/W).
