惯性圆锥破碎机轴套的磨耗机理解析及对策探讨

摘    要:惯性圆锥破碎机是高效重负荷粉碎设备。与偏心圆锥破碎机相比,具有破碎比大、产品粒度细而均匀、能破碎坚硬物料、在运转中可实现自我保护等特点。除衬板磨损外,其运转的稳定性主要取决于轴套和球面瓦的润滑及磨损状态。本文简单介绍了惯性圆锥破碎机的结构及机理,重点对轴套的润滑及磨耗机理进行力学解析,从轴承的承受能力分析动锥摆动幅度的局限性,并针对轴套磨损状态提出相应的改进措施

Abstract:The inertia cone crusher is a high efficiency and heavy load crushing equipment.Comparing with the eccentric cone crusher,it is noted for high reduction ratio,tiny and even product size.Besides the liner′s wear,its stability is decided by lubrication and wear of the bearing and the spherical bearing.In the paper,the structure and mechanism of the inertia cone crusher are brief introduced,lubrication and wear mechanism of the bearing are mainly analyzed and the limitation of mantle cone′s amplitude is analyzed based on the bearing′s loading capacity.Corresponding improvement measures are put forward based on the bearing′s wear.
