摘    要:介绍了应用可控硅技术对矿用ZC-21A型冲击继电器进行改进,实现了用无触点开关(可控硅)代替有触点开关(单触点干簧继电器)控制。改进后的冲击继电器具有灵敏度高、使用寿命长、工作可靠及结构简单等优点,有广泛的实用性和推广价值,为我矿水电站的安全经济运行起了重要作用

Abstract:In this paper,the ZC-21A impact relay was improved with the silicon controlled rectifier.The contact tip switch is replaced by the non-contact tip switch.The improved impact relay has the advantages of high sensitivity,long service life,reliability of operation and simple structure.It has wide application and promotion value and plays an important role in the safety and economic operation of the hydropower station in Shizhuyuan Nonferrous Metal Mine.
