化验室酸性废气治理现状

摘    要:随着对环境保护的日趋重视,对化验室排出的酸性废气的治理已提到日程上。国内外对这类废气治理有湿法和干法两类,湿法是用碱性溶液吸收的中和法,干法用固体吸附剂法。1996年我们研制成功TBD-2型干法化验室酸气治理设备,并在1997年通过技术鉴定。该设备的特点是能净化各种酸气,效率高、运行费用低、操作方便。

Abstract:Along with more and more attention to environmental protection,the treatment of the acidic wastegas from chemistry laboratories has been put on the agenda Thereare two methods,wet method and dry method for treatment of acidic wastegas in chemistry laboratory at home andabroad The wet method is neutralization process with alkalinity liquid and the dry method is absorbed process with solid alkalinity absorbent The dry method named TBD-2 mode treatment apparatus has been developed by BGRIMM in 1996 and appraised in 1997 The advantages of such equipment are purification of variousacidic wastegas,high efficiency and low of cost in operating,convenient operation
