裂纹长度对高强度钢应力强度因子的影响

摘    要:用三点弯曲试件对不同a/w值的高强度钢38CrMoA的应力强度因子值k_(IC)进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,高强度钢38CrMoAl的临界应力强度因子值,随a/w值之减小而增加,但增加的程度较低强度大塑性材料少,其浅裂纹(a/w=0.1)时的K_(IC)值为深裂纹(a/w=0.5)时的1.1倍.

Abstract:The effect of the ratio a/W on K_I ~C value in a high strength steel 38Cr-MoAl has been studied by using three-point bend specimens with shallow and deep notches.It is shown that the values of K_I ~C for specimens with shallow notches are larger than those of deep notches, and when a/W=0.1, the K_I ~C value is about 1.1 times larger than the K_I ~C value when a/W=0.5.
