摘    要:现代农业用水要求实现从按亩收费到按方收费制度的转变,为了实现供水控制和供水计量,灌渠支斗口采用了IC卡供水系统。介绍了IC卡供水系统的基本功能、结构组成、系统测控技术及供水管理信息化系统建设。实践证明,采用IC卡供水系统,达到节约用水、科学用水的目的。

Abstract:Modern agriculture requires the water supply regulation changed by the unit of cube, substituting the former one: mou. In order to control and compute water supply, IC cards system is adopted at estuaries of irrigation channels. In this paper, the main function, configuration, measuring and controlling techniques of IC cards water supply system are introduced, as well as development of IT in flood management. Through actual practices, IC cards water supply system was proved to be able to supply water economically and scientifically.
