稀土固体超强酸S2O^2- 8/ZrO2-PrO2-TiO2催化合成苯乙酸乙酯

摘    要:以稀土固体超强酸S2O^2- 8/ZrO2-PrO2-TiO2为催化剂,苯乙酸和乙醇为原料合成了苯乙酸乙酯。考察了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间等对酯化反应的影响。其最适宜反应条件:酸醇比为1:5、催化剂用量为1.5g(苯乙酸为0.1 mol)、反应时间为6h,在此条件下酯化率可达88%以上。表明固体超强酸S2O^2- 8/ZrO2-PrO2-TiO2具有良好的催化活性,它的使用可避免用浓硫酸催化所造成的环境污染,并可重复使用。

Abstract:Ethyl phenylacetate was synthesized with phenylacetic acid and ethanol by rare-earth solid superacid S2O82-/ ZrO2-PrO2-TiO2 as catalyst.The influencing factors were examined including catalyst weight,molar ratio of phenylacetic acid to ethanol and reaction time.The results show that the appropriate conditions are as follow: n(phenylacetic acid):n(ethanol) =1:5,weight of catalyst 1.5 g(based on 0.1 mole phenylacetic acid),reaction time 6h.The yield of ethyl phenylacetate was about 88 %,in which the rare-earth solid superacid S2O82-/ ZrO2-PrO2-TiO2 satisfies catalytic activity for the reaction and the catalyst can be used repeatedly.
