红外热成像技术在氨制冷系统安全隐患排查中的应用

摘    要:通过现场实际应用案例,介绍了红外热成像技术在氨制冷系统中的应用,指出该技术在设备保温状态评估、漏点检测、液位判断、电气设备发热故障等安全隐患排查方面有着无法替代的优势,为设备的前期诊断和预防维修提供了科学依据,在氨制冷系统安全隐患排查中具有很好地应用推广价值。

Abstract:Through the practical application case, the infrared thermal imaging technology in the application of ammonia refrigeration system was introduced. It is necessary to point out that this technology has irreplaceable advantages in equipment insulation condition assessment, leak detection, level judgment, electrical equipment malfunction of heating, the investigation of hidden danger to the safety. The technology also provides scientific basis for early diagnosis and preventive maintenance of the equipment, and has very good application value in the investigation of hidden danger to safety in ammonia refrigeration system.
