新型压电扭矩传感器动态特性研究

摘    要:用动力学理论对压电扭矩传感器的动态特性进行分析,建立了扭矩传感器的数学模型,并推导出幅值误差的计算公式,指出该压电扭矩传感器不但能测量弹性力矩,且能感知一部分惯性力矩。最后采用冲击响应法对该扭矩传感器固有频率进行了测量,结果表明传感器的固有频率大于12kHz,满足设计要求。

Abstract:Based on dynamics theory,the dynamic characteristics of a new torque sensor were studied.The mathematical model of the sensor was built,and the amplitude error formula was given.It was pointed out that this torque sensor could not only measure the elastic moment,but also sense the inertia moment partially.Finally,the natural frequency of the torque sensor was obtained using the impact response method.Test results show that its natural frequency is greater than 12 kHz,which meets the design requirements.
