摘    要:针对铝电解生产中铝水平测量出现的失真现象,发现在电解槽运行过程中,阴极的相对高度会发生变化,这种变化造成测量电解槽铝水平时会出现较大偏差,误导技术人员对电解槽产铝量的评估,影响对电解槽热平衡的控制.本文探究了铝水平测量失真的本质原因,以修正不同槽龄的电解槽对应的铝水平,为生产提供可靠的数据,保障生产平稳进行.

Abstract:Aimed at the phenomena of aluminum level measurement distortion in aluminum reduction cell running, we found that the relative height of cathode in the reduction cell was changing in running. The changes will cause bigger deviation of aluminum level measurement in reduction cell, mislead technical staffs on the assessment of aluminum production in aluminum reduction cell, and influence the heat balance control of reduction cell. This paper aims to find out the essential causes of aluminum level measure- ment distortion so as to correct corresponding aluminum level in different age cells and provide reliable data for steady production.
