摘    要:针对单筒线电极和双筒针刺电极的切流反转式电旋风除尘器,进行了实际运行性能测试,得出该种除尘器伏安特性(电晕高压80~100 kV,电晕电流<10 mA)、除尘效率(97%~98%)、流动阻力(300~800 Pa)等范围。总结了切流反转式电旋风除尘器运行中容易发生的问题,并对其进行了分析,进而给出安全、经济运行的经验。

Abstract:The aim is to apply the compound electrocyclone(CEC) to wider dust collection field.The results were presented that the operation tests for practical application of electrocyclone,which it is the type of tangential inlet flow and flow reversal with single tube and a corona discharge wire,or double tubes and two bunch of needles,and then their corona discharge characteristic(high-voltage is 80kV to 100kV,corona discharge current is less than 10mA),the range of dust collection efficiency(97% to 98%) and flow resistance(300 to 800Pa) were carried out.In addition,some mistakes that come into being easily during the operation of CEC is found and discussed,and then some safe and economical operation experiences were given.
