采空区存窿铜矿石室内可浸性试验研究

摘    要:针对寿王坟铜的空区存窿矿石进行了室内摇瓶浸出试验和柱浸试验,试验表明寿王坟铜矿的矿石仅采用化学浸出,铜的浸出率较低,为465左右,采用细菌浸出可将铜的浸出率提高26%,达72%,铜的浸出率与矿石的粒度成反比,即矿石的粒度越大,铜的浸出率越小,在生产中,先用酸浸出,然后再用细菌浸出的方案,既可加快铜的浸了同,又可以降低浸矿时的酸耗,降低生产成本。

Abstract:The paper presents laboratory shaking leaching and column leaching experiments with the ore from Shou Wang Fen Copper Mine.Experimental results show that copper leaching rate by chemical method is 26% while the bacterial leaching is 72%.The copper leaching rate is inverse proportion to the grade of the ore graduation.i.e.the larger the graduation of the ore is,the smaller the copper leaching rate is.In practice production,acid leaching process could be conducted first,then followed by bacterial leaching.
