固定床电化学反应器内电化学氧化法制备2,5-二甲氧基二氢呋喃

摘    要:固定床电化学反应器内间接电化学氧化呋喃制备2,5-二甲氧基二氢呋喃的过程进行了研究,确定了电解条件及产品的分离与提纯工艺,研究表明,在操作温度为0-5℃的反应系统中,操作槽电压为4.0-6.0V,反应表观电流密度≥2000A/m^2,产品收率≥90%,电流效率≥90%,能耗(直流电)≤3.0kwh/kg产品。

Abstract:An indirect electrochemical preparation of 2,5-dimethoxy-2,5-dihydrofuran from furan in a packed bed electrochemical reactor was described. The experimental results showed that the current efficiency was more than 90%, the product yield was more than 90% and the electric energy consumption was less than 3.0kwh/kg product under the optimized operating conditions such as 0℃~5℃ reaction temperature, 4.0V~ 6.0V electrolysis voltage and more than 2000A/m2 operating current density.
