选择性非催化还原脱硝技术的应用

摘    要:为满足国家对发电企业环保综合治理的要求,广州瑞明电力股份有限公司在采用低NOx燃烧技术的同时,应用选择性非催化还原(selective non—catalytic reduction,SNCR)脱硝技术对2台420t/h锅炉进行炉内脱硝改造。为此,介绍了SNCR脱硝技术的机理和组成,并对SNCR脱硝系统的投入对锅炉运行的影响进行了实际的探索。运行结果和性能验收试验表明,投入SNCR脱硝系统后,脱硝率大于30%,氨逃逸量不大于3.0×10^-6,年减排氮氧化物约500t。

Abstract:To meet the state requirements on comprehensive management of power generating enterprises for environmental protection, low oxynitride (NOx) combustion technique is adopted in Guangzhou Ruiming Power Co., Ltd. In addition, selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) denitration technique has been applied to the transformation of two 420 t/h boilers. This paper describes the mechanism and composition of the SNCR denitration technique, and studies the effects of SNCR denitration system on the operation of boilers. Operation and performance test show that after using SNCR denitration system, the denitration rate is greater than 30%, the escape quantity of ammonia not greater than 3.0 × 10^-6, and annual reduction of oxynitride emission about 500 t.
