冲击载荷下弹射座椅的结构优化设计方法研究

摘    要:运用动载系数将冲击载荷转化为拟动态载荷,在此基础上用变密度法建立了弹射座椅结构优化数学模型,提出了冲击载荷作用下弹射座椅的结构优化设计方法,并进行结构优化设计实例计算,得到了能够满足冲击力作用的优化结构.

Abstract:Let the impact loads be transformed into simulated dynamic loads by the use of dynamic load coefficient, taking this as a foundation the structural optimization mathematical model of ejection seat was established by applying the variable density method. The structural optimization designing method of ejection seat under impact loads was put forward. And the living example; calculation of structural optimization design was carried out, thus the optimized structure that could satisfy the action of impact forces was obtained.
