摘    要:指出开展网络制造必须充分利用和集成现有的技术和标准,而现有的一些方案存在难以集成非Web基系统和可扩展性能差等问题。提出了基于DNA扩展的应用体系结构及其优点,阐述了利用分布式组件技术实现对非Web基应用系统的集成。利用该方案进行网络制造支撑平台原型系统的搭建,并通过在产品生命周期管理支持中的应用。说明了该方案的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The paper firstly pointed out that networked manufacturing must make full use of and integrate present technologies and standards, and that some current solutions can't integrate none web-based applications and their poor scalabilities at the same time. Then it commended the Extended-DNA intrastructure and its virtue, and presented how to apply distributed COM technology to integrate none web-based applications.At last, it demonstrated the building of a prototype support system that has proved the feasibility and convenience of the project with its application in PLM.
