掘进机回转台可靠性分析研究

摘    要:介绍了掘进机回转台可靠性测试方法。通过简化回转台受力得到决定回转台寿命的主要载荷,通过截割试验确定载荷值和加载频率。经过等效8 a的试验加载后,回转台无宏观裂纹,功能完好。探伤发现微观疲劳裂纹,裂纹位置与实际工作8 a的回转台裂纹位置一致。分析结果表明,通过此试验可有效验证回转台可靠性,准确预测其寿命。

Abstract:Method for reliability analysis of rotary platform used in roadheader was introduced. By simplifying the force on the rotary platform, the main load that determines the service lift of the rotary platform was obtained. Determined the value and loading frequency by cutting test. The rotary platform kept in a good condition without macroscopick crack though test equal 8 years work. Microscopic fatigue crack was found by flaw detection on the same part of rotary platform used 8 years in fact. The result shows that this test can effectively check reliability of rotary platform and forecast its life.
