摘    要:针对长距离工作面顺槽带式输送机启动不平稳、单位时间内运量不足、带速高电耗大、开机率低、无法满足高效产能释放的需求,提出了一种变频一体机驱动带式输送机的新型驱动和控制方式,在输送机启动阶段采用S-曲线加速方式实现输送机的平滑启动,解决了启动难题。针对多机功率不平衡问题,采用动态PID调节转速控制、从机转矩跟随的控制方式实现主从机的动态功率平衡调节。从系统方案和保护功能两方面阐述变频一体机在带式输送机上的使用优势。

Abstract:Aiming at the unstable start of the belt conveyor along the longdistance working face, the insufficient transportation capacity in unit time, the high belt speed and power consumption, low starting rate, and that can not meet the demand of high efficiency capacity release, a new driving and control mode of belt conveyor driven by the frequency conversion integrated machine was proposed. The smooth start of the conveyor was realized by S-curve acceleration in the start-up stage of the conveyor, Solved the startup challenge. In view of the power imbalance of multi machine, the dynamic PID to adjust the speed control and the slave torque follow control mode were used to realize the dynamic power balance adjustment of the master and slave machine. The use advantages of the frequency conversion integrated machine in belt conveyor were expounded from the system scheme and protection function.
