离心风机进气箱导流板的优化设计

摘    要:通过CFX软件,对离心风机进气箱进行了三维数值模拟及内部流场分析。研讨了在进气箱内部加导流板对离心风机性能的影响,并在此基础上研究了导流板数量与形式对风机性能的影响。并通过对比不同方案,得出一种性能较好的优化方案。采用C形风管试验对改进模型的数值模拟结果进行了验证,试验表明,数值计算结果与试验基本一致,验证了改进模型和数值模拟结果的可靠性。

Abstract:The three-dimensional numerical simulation and internal flow field analysis of the inlet box of centrifugal fan were carried out by CFX software. Discussed the influence of adding guide in the inlet box on the performance of centrifugal fan, on the basis studied the influence of the number and form of deflector on the performance of fan. By comparing different schemes, an optimization scheme with better performance was obtained. The numerical simulation results of the improved model wereverified by C-shaped duct test. The test shows that the numerical calculation results are basically consistent with the test, which verifies the reliability of the improved model and numerical simulation results.
