液压支架用三级卸荷大流量立柱液控单向阀的研制

随着煤矿开采技术向着大采高以及超大采高方向发展,液压支架支护高度也不断增加,支护强度和难度越来越大,要求液压支架立柱千斤顶具备大流量过液能力,满足支架快速降、移、升的同时,还要求立柱千斤顶大流量过液时降低压力冲击和振动。通过研制一种用于立柱千斤顶、采用三级卸荷回液的大流量立柱液控单向阀能够很好地解决这些问题。
