基于ADAMS凸轮机构的建模方法和运动仿真分析

摘    要:分析了基于ADAMS对凸轮机构的建模方法,采用ADAMS/Machinery模块以参数化和向导式操作创建了圆柱凸轮机构仿真模型,并进行了运动仿真分析。结果表明,利用ADAMS/Machinery模块设计凸轮机构不仅简单、快捷、精确,而且还能设计不同形式的凸轮机构。为ADAMS在凸轮机构开发中的应用提供了一种有效的新方法。

Abstract:Analyzed the modeling method of cam mechanism based on ADAMS, the simulation model of cylindrical cam mechanism was created by using ADAMS/Machinery module with parameterization and guided operation, and the simulation analysis was carried out. The result shows that using ADAMS/Machinery module to design cam mechanism is not only simpler, faster and accurate, but also can design different forms of cam mechanism. It provides a effective new method for the application of ADAMS in the development of cam mechanism.
