摘    要:矿用高强度圆环链的破断负荷至关重要,关系着刮板输送机能否正常运行以及矿井的生产安全。分析了矿用圆环链在进行拉伸试验时的断口形状、断口位置、破断负荷、破断延伸率等。对不符合拉力试验要求的链条断口进行原因分析,并进行改进。

Abstract:The breaking load of the mining high strength ring chain is very important, which is related to the normal operation of the scraper conveyor and the production safety of the mine. Aanalyzed the fracture shape, fracture position, breaking load and breaking elongation of mining ring chain in tensile test. The causes of chain fracture that does not meet the requirements of tensile test were analyzed and improved.
