长管料车削加工自动上下料系统设计研究

摘    要:在分析某公司长管料车削加工工艺的基础上,根据管料搬运工作的实际需求、管料自身的参数以及现场空间条件,选择刚性自动化上下料生产设备来代替人工搬运操作,分别对管料上料分离装置、输送装置以及逐层下料装置的机械结构展开设计。利用AMESim仿真软件对上料分离装置中的上料油缸建立了控制系统仿真模型,并对上料油缸液压系统进行了工作特性分析。该自动上下料系统可以使管料从管料堆中单根分离,自动进入数控车床的指定位置加工,再自动将管料放置下料箱,整个上下料过程实现自动化管控。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of a company′ s long tube material turning processing technology,according to the actual needs of tube material handling work, the parameters of the tube material itself and the space condition, chose rigid automatic up-down material production equipment to replace the manual handling operations, designed the mechanical structure of separation device of tube feeding, transmission device and blanking device one by one. The simulation model of the control system of the feeding cylinder in the feeding separation device was established by AMESim, and the working characteristics of the hydraulic system of the feeding cylinder were analyzed. The automatic loading and unloading system can make the tube material separate from the tube material pile, automatically enter the designated position of CNC lathe for processing, and then automatically places the tube material in the unloading box, the whole loading and unloading process achieves automatic control.
