摘    要:为解决钻机变速箱体因铸造缺陷导致的产品合格率低、成本高、进度延迟等问题,通过对减速箱体进行结构分析,设计了焊接结构和焊接工艺。通过实际验证,各项指标均达到设计要求,焊接箱体可完全替代铸造箱体,且质量更优,创造了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low qualified rate, high cost and progress delay caused by the casting defects of reduction box for drilling rig, the welding structure and welding process were designed by analyzing the reduction box structure. Through practical verification, the indicators all meet the design requirements. The welding box can completely replace the casting box and have better quality, which creates considerable economic benefits.
