羊绒羽毛花式纱及其针织产品的开发

探讨一种新型的羊绒花式纱线的开发及应用方法。采用新原料、新技术、新工艺,并配套目前国内外先进的生产设备,通过选择合理优化的纺纱工艺路线制成由羊绒纱线做饰线,锦纶为芯线的羊绒羽毛纱线,并总结纺制了羊绒羽毛纱线的生产技术。通过羊绒羽毛纱线和普通羊绒纱线运用电脑变换组织巧妙结合,开发出一系列富有立体提花图案的针织产品。

Cashmere Feather Fancy Yarn and Its Development in Knitting Products

This paper discusses the development and application of a new cashmere fancy yarn,prepares cashmere feather yarn with cashmere yarn as ornamental thread and chinlon as filling thread based on a reasonable and optimal spinning process route by using new raw materials,technology and process and domestic and foreign advanced production equipment,summarizes the production technology for making cashmere feather yarn and develops a series of knitting products with three-dimensional figured patterns based on masterly combination of cashmere feather yarn and ordinary cashmere yarn through computer transformation texture.
