涤纶织带浸轧密封染色工艺研究

摘    要:通过采用甘油高温加热、快速升温方式对涤纶织带浸轧密封染色,试验了染色温度、染色时间及蒸汽压强等条件对涤纶织带的染色效果。结果表明,涤纶织带的表观着色量K/S值,随着染色温度的升高,时间的延长和染杯内蒸汽压强的增加有明显提高,且色牢度、匀染性与传统轧染工艺染色效果相一致。

Abstract:This paper tests the effect of such conditions as dyeing temperature,dyeing time and vapor pressure on the dyeing of polyester ribbon through padding,sealing and dyeing of polyester ribbon with the method of high-temperature heating and fast temperature rise with glycerinum.The result shows that the apparent tinctorial yield K/S value of polyester ribbon increases significantly with the rise of dyeing temperature,time extension and increase of vapor temperature in the dyeing cup and its color fastness and levelling property are consistent with the dyeing effect of traditional pad dyeing process.
