| 摘 要： | 探讨纺制天丝纤维和棉纤维混纺色纱的生产工艺。根据天丝纤维和棉纤维各自不同的特点,通过对两种纤维纺前预处理,采用轻定量、低速度的工艺原则,合理设计工艺参数,纺出纱的质量达到设计要求,满足消费者的需求,取得显著的经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the production process of spinning tencel fiber and cotton fiber blended color yarn and designs technological parameters reasonably through pre-treatment of both fibers before spinning according to different characteristics of tencel fiber and cotton fiber under the technological principle of light quantification and low speed.The quality of yarn spun meets design requirements and consumer demands and gains significant economic benefits. |
