三峡总公司通信系统总体规划综述

为适应三峡总公司“十一五”的战略部署与决策,满足长江三峡和金沙江流域水电站建设、电力生产、市场运营等综合业务的要求,编制了《三峡总公司通信系统总体规划》。规划结合金沙江流域溪洛渡、向家坝电站建设和外送线路情况,对三峡总公司通信网络需求进行了分析,在对四川省和云南省电力公司沿金沙江流域的光纤传输网络资源进行了深入细致的分析研究后,规划了三峡总公司金沙江流域光纤主干传输网和企业的NGN网的建设与应用。还对通信网支撑系统进行了规划,对工程投资进行了估算。规划为三峡总公司通信系统的建设提供了依据。

Outline of the overall plan for telecommunication system implementation in China Three Gorges Project Corporation

The overall plan for telecommunication system implementation in China Three Gorges Project Corporation(CTGPC) has been prepared to meet the needs of communication for hydropower station construction,electric power production and market operation in Three Gorges and Jinshajiang river basin,and to satisfy the general requirements of the 11th Five-Year Plan of CTGPC.The telecommunication network demand of CTGPC has been analyzed in this plan by considering the construction of Xiluodu and Xiangjiaba hydropower plants and the relevant power transmission lines in the Jinshajiang basin.Having comprehensively investigated the optical-fiber network resources on Jinshajiang basin built by Sichuan and Yunnan Power Grid Corporations,the construction and application of the optical-fiber transmission trunk network and NGN network are planned.The design of telecommunication supporting systems and the budget of these projects are also described in the plan.This plan will provide guidance for the telecommunication system construction of CTGPC.
