气流床气化仿真培训系统开发与应用

摘    要:采用过程系统仿真平台开发多喷嘴气化炉仿真培训系统,模拟多喷嘴对置式煤气化装置运行过程,通过分析实际生产装置,建立数学模型,采用序贯模块法搭建气化流程模型,成功模拟了开车、停车、典型故障处理等工况,并开发了在线评价系统,为多喷嘴对置式煤气化技术的进一步推广应用提供了良好的仿真培训平台。

Abstract:Operating process of coal gasification with opposed multi-burner was simulated by simulation training system which was developed by process simulation platform.Conditions of start up,stop,and typical fault treatments were successfully simulated and an online evaluation system was developed through analyzing actual production devices,establishing mathematical models,adopting sequential module method to build gasification process model.As a result,further popularization and application of opposed multi-burner...
