Abstract:Capture of CO2 by hydrate is one of the attractive technologies for purification of natural gas.The study presents capture CO2 from simulated natural gas(CO2(33.00 mol%)/CH4 binary mixtures) by formation of hydrate.The effect of temperature and pressure of hydrate formation,the hydrate formation rate of CO2 and CH4,CO2 separation efficiency was study in a 1 L stirred reactor.The results show that the natural gas is purified and the reaction time is 0.1 h.Higher pressure and lower temperature increase gas hy...
