| 摘 要： | 汽车零部件的焊接精度直接影响汽车车身的焊接精度与质量。汽车车身零部件在焊装过程中,需要专门的焊装夹具来对零件或组件的相对位置进行定位,并将其夹紧贴合。焊装夹具起着定位、装夹、减小零件焊接变形、保证零件焊接精度的重要作用。本文分析了焊装夹具的特点,并探讨了焊装夹具制造和装配的关键工艺问题。

| Abstract: | The welding precision and quality of the automotive body is determined by that of its body parts directly.The special welding jigs are necessary for locating and clamping of the automotive body parts.The welding jig make an important action on the accurate locating and reliable clamping of the automotive body parts.It reduces the welding deformation and increases the welding precision and quality of the automotive body.The features and the assembly process of the welding jig are discussed in this paper. |
