摘    要:介绍利用不同检测技术检测对接焊接接头的特点。分析研究了相控阵超声成像技术在检测对接焊接接头的优势。试验表明,相控阵超声检测方法能够记录检测全过程、检测重复性好、检测结果直观、可确定缺陷的空间走向及变化、可测量缺陷高度且检测效率高。

Abstract:Technique in the detection of butt weld joints was introduced. The tests showed that phased-array ultrasonic imaging technique had the advantage of whole-process recording, high repeatability, visual results, measurement, and determination of spatial orientation and varitation of defects, measurement of defects height as well as high inspection efficiency.
