摘    要:Zn O非线性电阻内部的气隙和微裂纹构成了其表面与环境联系的复杂通道 ,将内部能延缓 Zn O电阻老化的氧原子不断扩散到大气中 ,导致 Zn O非线性电阻内部的稳定因素氧原子减少而引起性能发生老化。另外微裂纹有可能是潮气进入 Zn O非线性电阻内部的通道 ,潮气将形成电阻通道而导致电阻片性能变差。

Abstract:The air gaps and micro cracks inside ZnO varistors form the passageways connecting their surfaces and environment.The oxygen atoms inside ZnO varistor have the capability to delay the aging of ZnO varistors,but these interior air gaps and micro cracks continuously diffuse the oxygen atoms into the environment, this leads the decrease of the interior oxygen atoms,and brings the aging of ZnO varistors.In other hands,these interior air gaps and micro cracks form the passageways for moisture entering the interior of ZnO varistors;the moistures would form resistance passages inside ZnO varistors, and lead the degradation of electrical characteristics of ZnO varistors.
