硅钙镁晶须增强RPUF复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:研究了硅钙镁(SCM)晶须在硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(RPUF)基体中的分散状况及SCM晶须用量对SCM晶须/RPUF复合材料的力学性能、表皮结构和尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:SCM晶须在RPUF基体中具有较好的分散性;随着SCM晶须用量的增加,复合材料的压缩性能逐渐提高,直至晶须用量超过60g/100g聚醚后,复合材料的压缩性能开始下降;复合材料的冲击强度随着SCM晶须用量的增加明显下降;复合材料的表皮随晶须用量的增加越来越致密;在一定用量范围内,SCM晶须可改善复合材料的尺寸稳定性。

Abstract:The dispersion of silicon calcium magnesium(SCM) whisker in rigd polyurethane foam (RPUF) was observed,and the influence of SCM whisker content on the mechanical properties,surface structure and dimensional stability of the reinforced RPUF were studied. The results showed SCM whisker dispersed well in RPUF matrix,and with the increase of the whisker content,the compression property of the composite increased gradually,and began to decrease when the whisker content was more than 60 g whisker/100 g polyol; the impact strength of the composite had an obvious drop with the increase of the whisker content,and the surface of the composite became more compact and smooth with the increase of the whisker content; within a certain range of the content of SCM whisker,the use of SCM whisker could improve the dimensional stability of RPUF composite.
