高原抗震救灾任务部队食品卫生保障

总结高原震区任务部队食品卫生安全保障经验,为展行多样化军事任务后勤保障提供依据.在现场卫生学调查高原灾区环境特点、灾情和任务部队食品卫生现状的基础上,分析确定任务部队食品卫生保障关健控制点,采取针对性综合保障措施.主要做法是:(1)加强宣传教育,普及高原所致疾患和鼠疫等自然疫源性疾病的防治和食品卫生知识,提高广大官兵的自我防病能力;(2)提高认识,确保任务部队食品卫生监督质量;(3)明确责任,逐级负责,使食品卫生监督主动化;(4)结合高原环境特点与任务部队实际,制定高原震区任务部队食品卫生保障制度;(5)严把食品采购、运输、加工和储藏关;(6)建立军地联动的食品卫生监督应急机制.基于以上综合保障措施,震区任务部队未发生任何食品卫生安全相关事件.结合高原环境医学特点和任务部队实际情况,有针对性地采取食品卫生保降措施,可确保任务部队食品卫生安全.
