| 摘 要： | 根据翅片犁切成型原理,确定了犁切刀具的主要参数,建立了犁切刀具的几何模型,并利用刀具参数建立了主切削刃、前刀面、成形面、后刀面的数学模型。利用该数学模型,在万用工具磨床上分三步加工出了犁切刀具。

| Abstract: | Based on the fin formation mechanism by the plough method,the main parameters of plough tool are determined.The geometric model of plough tool is established.Some mathematic models of the tool profiles,including major cutting edge,rake face,formation surface and major flank,are presented.And the plough tool is manufactured by three steps with its mathematic models on an universal cutter and tool grinder. |
